I will call this wk a black wk! Things haven’t been falling into place. Having some problem in my flight and with another instructor who makes me feel like he is Dyson Part II. Though he was gone after OCS… It’s been a pretty painful wk…
Events after events, I have been having flight almost everyday this week to get my basic right. Moreover with instructor breathing down my neck, it’s not really that helpful… Damn…But nevertheless, it’s getting back to track and hopefully the weekend closure will make a better ending for coming wks ahead. Else it will be an early endex back to Singapore.
133 Course will be coming in this wk. Finally, I can hand over the duties to them and have a “smoko” while senior course hand down their set of duties… It’s a never ending cycle till graduations. Senior course 130 will be going home soon. They are a pretty cool bunch of people and even if things are kina screwed up, they are there to point out the solutions. All the best to their future endeavor.
Another thing that I’m looking forward to, I will be going back to Singapore for medical check up soon. If all goes well, the date should be 11th of April and back to Aus on 13th of April. Going to have an event in the morning then rush for the mid-evening flight back to Singapore. Its gona be a short trip just to have my eyes check and see how frens and families are doing. Hope to be able to meet up with my bros and sis some how!
Bros and Sis of Lah-Goo-Nah beach let me know if you guys are free on the dates it’s alright if you guys can’t. No worries! Kina miss you guys and everything back home. Anyway, daylight saving is over as off 15 hours ago soo My time now is the same as singapore!

Working for the Good of man-kind...
17th March
Highlight of the week was first flight, night duties and SQN dining in at the officers’ mess.
Finally had my first flight out! It’s what I have been waiting for but with a few bumpy rides back from the area. Nevertheless, it was a great experiences and lot more to come and lots more things for me to catch up with! Hope to fly more this coming wk…

This was officially night duties for me as I had done 3 str8 night duties. Was another fantastic experience and wonderful view of how the aircraft soars in the pale blue sky. The evening sun sets like a fire ball going down on the horizon. Too bad there isn’t one photo with the aircraft but there is one with the setting of the sun. The night here is pretty cold especially by the runway.
Dining In at the Officers’ Mess was yet another experience that one can have only in the Air force. The evening was filled with laughter and great entertainment not by any band or arties but just by the Students, QFIs and members of the Eagle’s Nest. Never laugh so hard for a pretty long time already and never notice how playful instructors can be when they are not lecturing us of our silly mistakes.

It has already been 2 months since I last seen Singapore. Life in peace has been going on well with occasion major hip cups and minor ones along the days to come. If human mind can keep things short and sweet, life would have been less complicated and more advancements. Kina miss the good old times I had back in OCS and Poly. Although, there was some problems here and there back then, but people were simpler and things are pretty str8 forward.
Will be going back Singapore sometime soon! But it will be a rather short trip rather than the planned trip. Hope I will be able to meet up with some the Lah-Goo-Nah beach bros and sis and spend some time with my family and friends…

Cancellation of flight is really a pain in the ass. This wk I was planned for a few flights but was cancelled one after another due to either weather or priority for the senior course guys to go back. Weather is a really affecting factor to all aviators! Many a times my flight was cancelled due to weather problem. There was even once, after I walked out to the aircraft, then flight was cancel due to extreme weather! But nevertheless, I will be going up tomorrow with the blessing of good weather and clear sky!
Sat night, we had some home cook meal prepared by Vincent from 131 senior course and me giving him a hand. He is surely a great guy with lotsa ideas on how to make the food taste better! Learnt a lot from him and of course we had a great meal out of it! Kina miss food back from Singapore! Some cheesecake will be nice with sweet tasting wine….

“Leave No Stones Unturn!”
Bloody Hell! My flight was cancelled due to weather. The weather was windy, cool and cloudy to have but not good for first flight out! Planned for 2 but was cancelled in the end. Not flown for almost a wk plus now, getting kina monotone!
It’s the new beginning of the month; soon 133 will be coming over to take over the duties and “S.K”. But for now, I will have to wait up earlier for duties and running around on duty days. I was soo tired that I slept str8 to late afternoon yesterday!
The course hasn’t been doing too well. People are not making through their pre-flight and screwing up at duties! Measures are taken and all we are left to do is just wait for the results to come back to us! Praying Hard for it!!!
